Hi, I'm Jen!
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher and hold a Specialty Training in Yoga Therapy for the Pelvic Floor, but I’m no different from you — I have dealt with my own core health challenges. Pelvic pain, IBS, chronic low back pain and mobility issues have been in my life and affected my body confidence, especially since I went into early menopause at 41.
Over the years I've spent thousands of hours treating individuals (most of whom were women) who suffered with chronic pain & dysfunction. I continue to hold a private practice which gives me the immense pleasure of incorporating my love for physical anatomy with the healing power of yoga as a means of helping women just like you heal more deeply so they can live more vibrantly.
As I move more and more into the online space I hope to help more women embrace their core and all it has to teach them about how amazing they are and how vibrant they were meant to feel.

Vibrant Core Yoga
CLINICAL YOGA CLASS
Join Jennifer for a targeted women's yoga class each Wednesday at Noon. This class is 60 minutes long and held "live online" on the ZOOM platform. Take charge each week of your core health and wellness by addressing spinal alignment, hip and pelvic health, balance and deep relaxation as a means of building a more resilient and vibrant core that will support you in the years to come.
All levels of practice are welcome but space is limited!
